Hello and Welcome!
As a lifelong spiritual seeker, I have always had a strong sense of curiosity when it comes to asking - what is out there? There has to be more to the universe than our microscopic corner of it.
As a Certified Life Coach and former Licensed Professional Counselor, I have spent decades working with hundreds of clients in the traditional way. My true calling is to open the aperture and see every person from a much bigger lens. We are all souls having a human experience.
I help you get to know you at the soul level.

As a Spiritual Advisor, I with my Spirit Guide Tarek through the use of dowsing rods. What began as a personal practice grew into a YouTube channel, where Tarek and Valerie explore questions about spirituality, current events, the unknown, and what may lie ahead.
I now offer private sessions where Tarek will bring in your spiritual team so you can ask the questions that are important to you.
You don't have to believe everything.
You don't have to know exactly what you believe.
You simply have to be willing to explore.
What are Dowsing Rods?
Dowsing rods are the tool I use to communicate with spirit.
For me, they provide a physical way to engage in conversation that otherwise exists beyond what we can see.
But the rods aren't the point, they are the method.
Psychics, Clarovoiyants, and Mediums all have their methods. Some can see images or hear words, some use tarot cards, some have strong sense of knowing, sensing or feeling. This is my method.
The questions are what is important. The openness to explore. The intention to receive and ask what if....
The rods are like antennae - reaching across the veil to connect with Spirit. .

Who is Tarek?
Tarek is my Spirit Guide - or a name given to me to represent all of my guides, loved ones, ancestors, angels, etc - my Spiritual Team.
Is his name really Tarek? I doubt it, it is probably a name that doesn't exist in our human language but it is the name I was given when I asked "who are you?"
My guides know me well just as yours know you. I knew this was not a name that came from my own subconcious, first of all I would have used a woman's name. But I immediately googled Tarek and it made me chuckle because it literally means "A guide, one who brings news" "The morning star" "one who knocks at the door"
I first discovered I could communicate with him by following signs and synchronicities - you can learn more about our story and how to use this same method to in our course Signs and Synchronicities (coming soon).
I asked him for guidance on what my next best steps should be. I wanted to build a side hustle around my quilting and bag making hobby (also started by following signs and synchronicities by the way). He gave that an immediate NO and indicated I should start a YouTube channel with him. I can't even describe how that both terrified and exited me. I am an introvert. I don't love to be in the spotlight and he is asking me to put myself on YouTube? Doing this? Yikes. Quilting is normal, talking with Spirits is not (but it should be).

My purpose is to do this work. To help bridge the seen with the unseen. To help you align with your own purpose. To understand you have spiritual guidance to help you with the big questions you have. You always have your own autonomy, but if you want guidance from a higher dimension all you have to do is ask.
Tarek and I work together to bridge the two worlds. We bring in YOUR team to answer YOUR questions.
